Build Your Own Hobbit Yurt with Bigfoot yurts

Join us for a weekend of yurt building with some drumming and celebration, at a scenic location in East Clare. Over the course of the weekend you will build a 9ft yurt frame to take home with you, along with skills, knowledge and happy memories.

This may well be a first for Co.Clare, Ireland. This course went online a few weeks ago and sold out very quickly. I may well hold anoher one later in th year so if you are interested contact me and i will get in touch when things are being planned I have run workshops before at other events but this will be first one at our place so it i very exciting i am busy planning lots of fun things as well as building yurts. We will be using locally collected hazel and using hand tools. Making things in this way is a very gentle and healing process it has helped me over the years and i look forward to sharing it with others.
