Spoon Making Workshop Day 20th Feb.
This was the first time i have taught a course from my own workshop. Also the first time for spoon carving, this was a free event with participants bringing food to share at a lunch time feast.
The main purpose for me was to practice teaching techniques and what approach to take. There was a range of skills in the group obviously no one had made a spoon before but some were much more comfortable with tools than others. By the end of the day everyone had made a spoon to take away and I hope gained experience and confidence.
